Maize crop

Farmers in the Maseno region are now busy harvesting their maize crops, having already harvested their bean crops that are grown for ground cover beneath the maize. On the whole, despite challenging weather conditions at times, most farmers in the Project are getting good yields with their maize.
Successful team visits
Two teams have visited the project in the past two months, with some amazing experiences told of. For a great video testimony of a Farm Field School leader who was healed by prayer in Jesus' name and able to walk after being paralysed in his left side for 3 months, click this link, interview by Rev.Fraser McDermott.
Getting ready for a busy season!
The coming Short Rains Season is going to be a very active one, as we start a record number of new Farm Field Schools, ten in total, with one in each Parish of the Maseno Arch-Deaconry. Emakunda and Ebusiratsi are two new Parishes that will be welcomed to the Project by the opening of their first Farm Field Schools. A very large amount of seed and fertiliser is being sought out for purchase to use in the Farm Field School Programme.
