Signs of the Kingdom
As the Gospel of the Kingdom of God is preached in the Maseno area we are starting to see remarkable signs of the Kingdom. At first it was just visiting teams that witnessed amazing healings that often happened instantaneously, but after much investment in Farm School Facilitators, Mothers Union members and Orphan prayer teams, we are seeing many, many, healed. When teams are visiting they often show the Jesus Film in project churches and we often see crowds of up to 600 come including many school children. They literally run to see it. We often have to pray for ‘ job lots’ as usually up to 95% want prayer.
The Gospel is preached and the sick are healed in their droves. We regularly see the deaf hear, the blind seeing and the lame walking. See some of the stories below.
This small child had a fever from malaria. She was prayed for and 10 minutes later she was healed and back to normal.
This orphan boy called Oliver had fallen on a jagged tin can as a small child causing blindness in his left eye. He was prayed for at a Saturday Orphan programme and his opened up completely over about 20 mins. Then his eye was able to track and he could see clearly too. He is now a member of the orphan prayer team and has seen many miracles too!
This lady was completely bent over and crippled – she was prayed for over two days and completely restored.
This girl had scoliosis of the spine – she was prayed for after the Jesus film and her back completely straightened up and she could walk normally for the first time.
